Every item we sell comes with a full 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll exchange it or
refund your money for material only minus a 10% restocking fee.
Custom items, and custom cuts are not returnable
Exchanges: if you wish to exchange a purchase, (if you ordered the
wrong height or color, etc), you may do so. There will be a 10%
restock fee for the items purchased and any difference in price as
well as any shipping fees for the new item will be applied.
All returns MUST be approved in advanced and must have a Return
Authorization number (RA#). Unapproved returns will not be credited
and shipment will be refused.

address. We will promptly return your e-mail authorizing the return.

Be sure to use a shipping company (UPS, DHL, FedEx or USPS) that can
track and insure your return, EBCO Products can not be held
responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Cancellations MUST be confirmed and acknowledged by a customer
